Pregnancy and Postnatal Group

Andrea Brooks is able to support women through pregnancy and beyond through facilitating a weekly pregnancy and postnatal group.

The group is held every Wednesday morning as an ongoing, open group. A prenatal and postnatal yoga session is held with an accredited teacher, Christina Peebles, followed by morning tea, circle and group education and discussion.

The cost for the morning is $15.00
($12.00 for yoga + $3.00 for morning tea and hall hire contribution)
