The Birth Circle - for Pregnancy, Birth and Baby,

Welcome to the Birth Circle - a doula supported space for mothers to connect, learn and encourage.

A supportive group facilitated by doulas and natural therapists, Elissa Biermann and Heidi Jones, for women during pregnancy and the early months of motherhood. Come and join us to make new friends and build your community! Each week we will discuss a variety of topics around birth, breastfeeding and the early months of motherhood as well as question/answer time, sharing stories and resources and enjoy a yummy morning tea.

In the coming months we look forward to guest speakers joining us, such as midwives, natural health practitioners and others. A programme will be available from the first group and also on our website - www.birthcircle.com.au

Venue: The Inner Sanctum, Magellan St, Lismore (above Noah's Ark bookstore) between 10 and 11.30am, costing  $3 - 5 (includes morning tea and cake/fruit).
